Appic Bizz agrees to provide the Client with the following services:
Appic Bizz will provide full maintenance and support for the Web and Mobile Apps during the contract period. This includes any necessary updates, bug fixes, and customer support related to the management system.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
Clients may terminate this Agreement with 30 days notice. AppicBizz can also seize its operation or services due to any natural disaster, war or any change which is out of control of AppicBizz. However, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Appic Bizz will design the software keeping in mind digital laws and policies of UAE and its institutes which includes Dubai Police and Ministry of IT to name a few. Any shift in policies or new laws by these governing bodies or any other institute can affect our operations or software design.
In such cases AppicBizz will automatically implement or redesign its software to adhere to new laws and will inform and help the client understand the changes so that the client can also change its workings or procedures based on new policies.
If a client doesn't want to adhere to new policies then they can use clause 4 to terminate the contract with a written notice without any refund of any kind.
